We take all of our inquiries seriously, but due to the expansion of the student population, IT Help Desk resources are limited. Faculty/Staff Help Desk
Please log in to from your work computer to fill out a work request. These work requests are for anything from email quota resets to SmartBoard & Elmo fixes.
High School Student Email
If a high school student needs their email reset, please come by the main office and speak with Mr. Jonathan Oglesbee. A temporary password will be issued.
Please call the school and ask for Google Support. The student's teacher will be able to assist with issues, however, we understand that somethings are not an easy fix. Our IT team is here to help.
School Alerts / Mass Communication
Not getting school alerts? Not receiving report cards? What about text messages? If you're not receiving emails or text messages from us, please send an email to us here. Include your name, student name(s), phone number(s), email address(es) and mailing address.
To add your event to the Calendar or the morning announcements, please send an email to us here. Only verified senders will be viewed. Announcements must pass inspection before uploaded to the the website.
