Registration occurs each July and is a required part of the enrollment/re-enrollment process before the start of the school year. Parents of new students, as well as returning students, must attend or make prior arrangements with Melissa Duncan, Student Billing (318.325.6000, extension 252). A $100 late fee is assessed to accounts not registered by July 16, or not having made prior arrangements before July 12.
At registration, parents pay tuition--the first month's tuition or in full--and enroll their children in optional programs such as bus service, afterschool care, etc.
Spirit groups are also on hand to sell spirit items such as t-shirts, caps, and specialty gear.
Payments for required tuition and fees and bus service, afterschool care, school lunch, and afterschool art may be made with a single check. Purchases from spirit groups require separate payment.
Appointments are not required. Days are assigned to balance traffic flow, but parents are welcome to register either day without notifying the school. The registration process takes only a few minutes. To prepare, see the following lists.
