Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.

DEVO for the Day

Jesus Calling – Sometimes you can get into a rut, doing the same things day after day. Your brain goes on autopilot, and you don’t even think about what you’re doing. Letting your brain go on autopilot is an invitation for the devil to slip into the pilot’s seat. Before you know it, he’ll have you pointed in completely the wrong direction - with lots of terrible detours and trouble along the way.

Kick the devil out of the pilot’s seat, and put Me in it. Focus your thoughts on Me, and I’ll set you back on the right course.

The next time you feel your brain slipping into autopilot, reach for Me and My Word. Let Me put that sparkle of adventure back into your days - lighting up your path.
