Grandparents Day

In line with the OCS mission, the goal of the Grandparents Day program is always to nurture and grow our students’ God-given talents while encouraging them to shine the light that He placed inside them.
Grandparents Day through the Years
Through community performances and a special Grandparents Day production, each year's play shares a bit of hope in Jesus and gives God all the glory for the opportunity to share His light with the community.Grandparents Day 2021: “It’s Me? Mario?”
The 2021 Grandparents Day production goal is to create/produce a movie over two production days with all the lights, cameras, microphones, sound, fog, backdrops and love that a show would feature in any other year.
Observing COVID Occupancy Limits at Howard Theatre and following CDC and LDH guidelines, the team will complete the 2021 production in recorded segments. So parents and grandparents can feel a part of the production, each segment will be livestreamed/recorded for later viewing.
